Weird Holidays

Most of you probably know that today is national, Bathtub party day or you should, because it is a nationally celebrated event. But some holidays are, silly wacky, unbelievable, and just plain weird if you catch my flying pig and that just happens to be the case with all the people down in Texas and now all around the world.

National pig day: march first,
This is a day when all you pig lovers out there, can do what you do best: celebrate pigs!!! Ellen Stanley, an art teacher in Lubbock, Texas, and Mary Lynne Rave of Beaufort, North Carolina, first started this holiday in 1972.
The most common thing the people do on pig day is drink “pig punch” that is only pink punch its pig punch metaphorically speaking. If you catch my cluck. They practically eat, sleep, and breathe pigs! n

No Brainer day: February 27th
This day is a day to be completely and totally obvious, and/or totally logical, whatever you choose, whichever is a“ no brainer” for you (tee he) I was so disappointed because we missed it for school. It happened on Saturday this Saturday and I am still fuming about missing it!!!!!

National Pi Day: always on march 14

This pi day is not the type of pi you normally think of when you hear “pi” this is NOT the warm cherry, apple, or Boston cream pies that you think, of this is the mathematic pi and the value of pi is 3.14 and the funny thing is, that is the date if this day march is the 3rd month and it’s the 14th day. I also mentioned this holiday because it was the mans birthday who created the mathematical sentence that changed the world, Albert Einstein. in case anyone forgot the equation it’s E=mc

In case you wanted to know.

Another Funny holiday is international Waffle day on March 25 This is a day when you can eat waffles as much as you want, but many families making waffles on a certain day, a day called VĂ„ffeldagen, first started this holiday in Sweden. It soon became a tradition to have waffles on this day

As you have seen there are many more holidays then Halloween, Christmas, Hanukkah, and many others. And now that this speech is in the past I hope you’ll remember it like a holiday as wacky and weird as the ones I have come to tell, if you catch my cluck…
